Shipping & Delivery
Typically all order are processed within 48 - 72 hours of placement. Many of our items ship in 3 to 5 business days after processing. Delivery times range from 2 to 7 Business Days for ground service. Please note : Custom items and braided items may take several weeks before shipping out. Please look for the custom item message on the products.

We update our customers via email at every step of the order process. You may view your current order status by logging into your account.
Need to Return?
All of our item are backed by a 30-day return policy. We try to depict our products in the best way possible. We understand that at times colors can vary from monitor to monitor. For this reason we offer a full 30 day return policy on all of our items. Do not like the item you received? Follow these 3 simple steps to return it and get your money back.
1. Email us at returns@superarearugs.com with your order number to request an return authorization number and shipping address for return.
2. Send item back to us with the issued RA number written on the outside of package.

Example: If you find a price of $300 from a competitor for an item we sell for $400, we will match the $300 price PLUS take off an additional $10 (10% of the difference in prices) for a final price to you of $290.
