This item is made to order and ships from our Rhode Island facility. Please allow 14 working days for proper weaving of the item and 1-5 days for transit with Fedex Ground.
Any of our area rugs and decor items can be returned back to us within 30 day for a refund. There is no restocking fee and and you are only responsible for the return shipping.
To make returns even easiers, we can email you a pre-paid Fedex return label to us to ship your item back to us. Typical return shipping cost is about 10% of the purchase price.
