How long before my order ships? We display the estimated ship time for each item under the add to cart button. Typically all orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same day.

How long do I have to return an item? We allow 30-day from the day your item is delivered to start a return.

Who pays for return shipping? Return shipping is your responsibility for all buyer's remorse related returns such as colors not working in your home or the quality not being to your liking.

Do you offer local pick up? We do offer pickup for customers that are located near one of our facilities.

Can you ship to Canada or abroad? At this time we offer free shipping within the USA and can ship to international destinations. You can contact us for a quote on shipping.

Are Samples Available? Though we do not have small swatches available, we do offer something better! You can order any one of our 2x3 sized rugs for sampling purposes and return them for free. This way, you will see the entire pattern, color and quality...now isn't that better than a small square?
