I had a white faux fur shaggy rug for years that was very full and fluffy. My new gray replacement of same style is not full nor fluffy. Disappointed.
It was exactly what my granddaughter wanted and I was able to afford to get a larger size than the one she pointed out to me in a store! I was the best Gramma ever!!

Soft Faux Sheepskin Fur Fluffy Area Rug in Dark Brown
Soft Faux Sheepskin Fur Fluffy Area Rug in Pink
Bigger than I expected, makes my living room immediately cozy and stylish. I was surprised by the soft back, but I think it will be better for my hardwood floor. I’ve only had this a week, so I don’t know how it will hold up. It seems to be shedding a little so far.

Serene Faux Sheepskin Rug in Teal – 2.5" Plush Pile
The Serene Faux Sheepskin Rug in Teal gives you the deep, silky look of real sheepskin with none of the hides. Its 2.5-inch faux fur pile is spun from acrylic & polyester for a dense, plush feel underfoot, and the underside is finished in a velvety suede-like backing. Customers describe it as soft and luxurious to the touch, and the Serene line holds a 4.5-star average across more than 400 reviews.
The rich teal tone is a jewel-bright accent that stays calm, and it lets the rug become the focal point against white, gray or beige. Lay it in a bedroom, a kids' room, a teen room or a living room, or drape a smaller size over an accent chair for instant texture. Because every rug is a long-pile faux fur, expect the pile to look slightly different depending on light and the direction it is brushed. Available as rectangles from 2' x 3' to 8' x 10', a 5' round, a 2' x 6' double-pelt runner and pelt-shaped rugs in 2' x 4' and 4' x 6'.
Why You'll Love It
- Plush 2.5" pile: long, silky faux fur that feels soft and cozy underfoot, which is what reviewers single out.
- Suede-like backing: the velvety look and feel of genuine suede on the underside, without the upkeep.
- Cruelty-free sheepskin look: acrylic & polyester faux fur, so you get the style of sheepskin with no animal hides.
- Minimal shedding: less fluff left on floors and furniture.
- A shape for every spot: rectangles, rounds, a double-pelt runner and natural pelt shapes.
